Amy, I could only hope to have your courage, positive attitude and so do admire you for it!! May the Lord hold you tight and walk with you through your journey!!

Micol, it's amazing to experience the peaceful presence of the Lord in difficult times. One of the other things He told me is that strength is an illusion. The only strength I have comes from Him! Thank goodness, because that allows me to rest and watch Him do the work! ๐Ÿ’•

Just watched your video and I love your positive attitude. I have not been able to compete in the soap challenges recently due to my health issues, but I have so enjoyed viewing all the wonderful entries. I will keep you and your family in my thoughts and prayers through this journey. Have a Merry Christmas and fight like a girl!! ๐Ÿ’•

Hi Amy, A dear old friend if mine in Vermont just retired in June only to find out 2 months later she had breast cancer in both breasts. They tell her its stage 1 HER positive. Shes had surgery and when healed enough will begin treatments very three weeks as well, then another daily drug for the next 5 years. They tell her its treatable and give her a great prognosis as well so sheโ€™s thankful for that. Still, as you know, it will be a challenge for a while. We both talked a long time a week or so ago and were reflecting on the many blessings we both have and were talking about how we all have different crosses to bear in this life. I truly believe the prayers of others and a positive attitude and your faith will pull you both through this. While I do not know you personally and have never had the time to join one of your soap challenges due to a far too demanding work schedule I can sense what a spiritual and upbeat person you are from your videos. I hope and pray the road ahead for you has a few bumps as possible and that you know that many people and god are with you on your journey down that road. Stay positive and stay strong. Vicki

Dearest Amy: I will pray for you and send you positive thoughts. Thank you for sharing your journey - this will be so helpful for others who have struggles - or will have in the future. You are very courageous - for both being open about your fight and for getting through it all. Best always, Sly

Iโ€™m so glad you have faith in God through this journey. I canโ€™t imagine how terrifying cancer would be without Him. I will continue praying for you, and I am delighted to keep participating in Soap Challenge Club. I had signed up for the last year of tutorials just before you told us you had cancer; I am so glad I did. God bless you!!

You are truly amazing, Amy! I donโ€™t think Iโ€™ve ever met anyone half as strong and serene as you are โ€” even in the worst of times โ€” and I feel so blessed to be able to call you a friend. It breaks my heart to be signing this, and frankly, I wasnโ€™t sure if I could do it, as that makes it real. But, your strength and faith are so inspiring that if you can do this with such grace, Iโ€™m there, too, with all love, hugs and over-analyzing I can offer.

Thank you, Claudia!! It's still a little surreal for me too. You are so dear to me!
