If your family is anything like ours, this staying at home business has taken a few weeks to figure out a rhythm! The girls like to stay up late and sleep in late, so their schedules were different from Kent’s and mine. We finally had a family meeting on Friday and discussed how we can align our schedules a bit more, and spend less time on our phones and in front of screens. The girls each have one night a week when they are responsible for making dinner for everyone, and agreed upon times to get up on week days and weekends.

I had requested some family game time, so Saturday after dinner we played Trouble (pictured above) and Telestrations – this one is always good for a laugh! Kent requested family movie night on Saturdays as well, and he had purchased the second Jumanji movie, but Tara hadn’t seen the first one, so we watched that one Saturday, and the second one tonight.

We enjoyed our online worship service this morning! I realized how many songs talk about the goodness of God and how we have nothing to fear as we’ve sung quite a few over the past few weeks! Our worship team recently wrote a new song that’s really amazing as well. You can watch it HERE.

One of the members of the Soap Challenge Club asked if she could do an interview for her German soapmakers Facebook group. She just sent me the final copy, including the photos I sent to her. You can check it out HERE if you like!

Tomorrow is my FINAL chemo treatment! I can’t believe this day is actually here! Once that’s done I will have an ultrasound in a few weeks to see how well the chemo has worked, and figure out my surgery options. I know the mass is definitely smaller, and my oncologist has told me that what’s left could actually be scar tissue, but we won’t know for sure until it’s removed. I made a video on my YouTube channel to talk about my progress – mostly for soapmakers to understand why we might not have a soap challenge in May and just share how God has been working in my life. Thank you for your continued prayers! I’ll let you know how things go tomorrow!
