It’s Saturday night before Easter, and I’m thinking about how much I have to be grateful for! A sweet friend dropped by with the beautiful flowers this afternoon. I’ve made it through the worst of this final cycle of treatment already and starting to gain my energy back. The brain fog hit me on Thursday like it usually does, yesterday I had some not-so-fun digestive issues, and today I was feeling well enough to walk a few laps around the track behind our house and “supervise” the work happening on our house:

Although it’s been quite slow, I’ve made some progress on my puzzle. It’s definitely going to take more than a couple days to finish it up, but it’s become a personal challenge now!

I also received a fun package in the mail from a soapmaking friend who is quite crafty and makes soap molds too! I can’t wait to try out the mold and use her gorgeous pink soap:

After dinner tonight I recognized that I was having another ocular migraine, so I just laid down for 30 minutes and waited for it to pass. Now I’m just looking forward to spending Easter with my family tomorrow! Our church will have online services throughout the day (8am, 9:30am, 11am, 12:30pm, 2pm, 3:30pm and 5pm) if you’d like to check it out! I’ve been listening to Ain’t No Grave today and just overwhelmed by the incredible love and power of God!
