I’m pretty sure I’ve had a puffy stage with each treatment cycle, but I haven’t really documented it before. My eyes get dry, which makes them watery, and also puffy! It looks like I haven’t been sleeping, but I’m still getting 9-10 hours a night. My legs are also a bit swollen:
Fortunately, it’s not too bothersome, and now I’ve documented it. Moving on…
I was reading back through my journal from the beginning, and realizing how much easier each cycle has gotten – especially the digestive issues! Yesterday I was having some trouble with that again, which didn’t make for a very fun Valentine’s Day, but still nothing like the first round! Kent made us a yummy dinner that I will probably enjoy more as leftovers and then we just hung out and watched some Amazon Prime. Today he’s been doing most of the laundry, like he does most every Saturday since before my diagnosis. He also does most of the grocery shopping now, takes excellent care of me, watches out for the girls and gives them good fatherly advice, and still manages to keep up with his job as well. He’s my favorite Valentine every day of the year!!
