Yes, I think so!! The cellulitis symptoms seem to be fading – less redness, swelling and warmth. I really haven’t had any pain from it, which is a huge blessing! Just thought you’d like to know. I’ll have my sixth round of antibody infusions on Tuesday, so I’ll get officially checked again then.
I also promised to show you the finished toilet room photo (someone on Instagram called it a powder room, which is probably a more delicate but less accurate name for it!) Ha ha!
I love the sleek new look! We used the same tongue and groove primed MDF boards that we used for the headboard, only a little narrower. It feels just a little bit larger and definitely brighter! I contemplated a new toilet paper holder, but the cheap builder-grade ceramic white one still matches and does the job. Kent is happy with the new toilet – it has a very powerful WHOOSH! Next project is to paint my dresser!! I have primed the drawer fronts so far, but that’s it. The siding delivery got postponed until tomorrow, so we didn’t get that project started yet either.
Registration for the October soap challenge opens tomorrow, so I spent the weekend finishing up that tutorial, as well as putting together the winners announcement for the September challenge. We’re doing ghost swirls for October:
The color differences are achieved by manipulating the amount of water in the lye solution only. Should be a fun challenge!!

Glad the cellulitis seems to be responding to antibiotics and you are not having pain!! We have one of those rooms and call it the bathroom stall. I like the updated look in yours! All your projects make me feel inspired!

Oh, that’s a great name for it! My daughter giggled at my name for it. 🙂 Happy to inspire!
